Nottingham's premier music magazine/website Leftlion says:

A very different unique Nottingham band... They have something new and different that the music scene is in need of at the moment... the songs are new and fresh.

Charlie O'Mara of silhobbit.com said this:

We here at Silhobbit.com reckon that outlaw-prog band Coralspin will be one of the new bands you'll be taking notice of next year. We've already played their track You're Wrong (bet I'm not!) on a podcast, so you'll have a good idea what I'm talking about...

For now, head on over to their MySpace page at www.myspace.com/coralspin to hear some tracks, or over to stunning vocalist Ellie's page at www.myspace.com/elliefromcoralspin for four sumptuous piano/vocal demo tracks.

Charlie O'Mara of silhobbit.com played You're Wrong on a Silhobbit podcast. (Silhobbit is one of the main prog/classic rock sites in the UK). On the show he said it was "very operatic" and "I thought it was really good, makes a great change".

Classic Rock Society magazine reviewed one of our demos:

This demo suggest bright things to come. Gentle songs of strength and some wonderful keyboards backs a very good female voice that you can imagine on a West End stage or singing melodic rock.

Our first ever review was by The Progmeister, who reviewed the four up-and-coming proggy bands he liked most and who he thought were destined for big things. Also included were The Reasoning and Touchstone, both of whom played the High Voltage festival on the main stage this year. He said:

Ellie has a deep, powerful alto that reaches into the lower soprano range. It's another voice that can serenade me anytime. The songs on their website are only demos that, by their own admission, need a bit more work, but the potential is clear to see. I suggest that everyone hear You're Wrong. You won't be disappointed. I think you'll be hearing from this U.K. band in the future.
